SPEAKER, PSP & ePOSTER PRESENTER INFORMATION

How should I submit my presentation for the conference, and are there any specific requirements to be aware of? What should I do if I am unable to deliver my presentation? I am a speaker. Will I be provided a laptop for my presentation? Can I change my oral presentation to an ePoster presentation? What is an ePoster?

I have only one accepted submission, and it has been accepted as an ePoster. Which registration should I choose if I do not plan to attend onsite?

If you do not plan to attend onsite, you can register with Virtual Access (free). 


However:

  • Your ePoster can only be included in the ePoster gallery if you pay the Abstract Display Fee. 
  • Free Virtual Access alone does not grant presentation rights.
