What if I cannot attend the in-person conference, will there be an option to attend virtually?

If you are unable to attend in person, you may participate virtually by choosing the "Virtual Access" registration. This year, the registration fee for virtual access is waived.
Virtual Access free registration includes:
- Access to the Plenary and Symposia sessions live, via an online platform
- Access to the Plenary and Symposia sessions recordings after the conference
- Access to the ePosters platform, prior and during the conference
- Access to EAS 2026 dedicated Slack space
Virtual access free registration does NOT include:
- Presentation rights (oral, ePoster, or ePoster short presentation)
- Special and lunch sessions will not be available on the virtual platform. This means that online participants will not be able to attend them remotely
