What can I present if I register with free Virtual Access? What are the differences between Registration in-person and Virtual access? I registered for virtual access. How do I participate remotely in the EAS 2026? Can I change my registration? I have not received a confirmation email after completing registration.

Participants with the Virtual access registration will be given access to a virtual platform, where they will be able to view Plenary and Symposia sessions live or recorded after the conference, access the ePosters Gallery and the dedicated Slack channel. 

Please note that virtual access does not allow to present any of the contributions. 

If your abstract is accepted and you wish to have it included in the programme without attending onsite, you must pay the Abstract Display Fee, which allows: 

  • PSP contributions to be presented in pre-recorded format 
  • ePosters to be included in the ePoster gallery
To deliver an Oral presentation without additional fees, you must be registered with any onsite registration fee.
