Registration in-person fees include:

  • Access to all sessions, onsite (5 days, except for 'one-day' registration)
  • Access to the Plenary and Symposia sessions live and recorded, on a virtual platform
  • Coffee breaks & exhibition (for 5 days, or 1 day for 'one-day' registration)
  • Access to the ePosters platform, prior and during the conference
  • Access to EAS 2026 dedicated Slack space
  • Welcome Reception (on Monday)
  • Ability to give a remote presentation live for Symposia or provide a pre-recorded presentation for Special and Lunch sessions.

Virtual Access free registration includes:

  • Access to the Plenary and Symposia sessions live, via an online platform
  • Access to the Plenary and Symposia sessions recordings after the conference
  •  Access to the ePosters platform, prior and during the conference
  • Access to EAS 2026 dedicated Slack space

Virtual access free registration does NOT include:

    • Presentation rights (oral, ePoster, or ePoster short presentation)
    • Special and lunch sessions will not be available on the virtual platform. This means that online participants will not be able to attend them remotely
