What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Refunds will be processed after the conference in accordance with the following schedule:
- Until 15 May 2026: 100% refund, less bank charges (15 CHF)
- 16 May – 3 June 2026: Refund, less an administration fee of 50 CHF and bank charges (15 CHF)
- From 4 June 2026: No refund
Substitutions can be made at any time before the conference starts, by contacting the Congress Secretariat in written form. Organisers shall not be liable for refunds should visas not be obtained.
Should the onsite EAS 2026 Annual Meeting be cancelled by the organisers, participants with paid registration will be reimbursed.
